Raíces, live flamenco show in Seville

Raíces is La Cantaora's flamenco show: one hour of live singing, dance and guitar. A flamenco show in Seville designed to be experienced just a few metres from the stage, with nothing artificial between the artist and the audience.

The journey starts with sevillanas or tangos and ends with bulerías, passing through the styles most closely tied to Seville. There are two shows a day, so you can choose the one that best fits your visit.

THE EXPERIENCE

Flamenco in the centre of Seville, as in the cafés cantantes

Just a step from Plaza Nueva, right in the historic centre, La Cantaora revives the spirit of the cafés cantantes. In the 19th century, these venues made Seville one of the great stages of flamenco. It is a small, intimate tablao where you can hear every quejío and every strum of the guitar.

The room is intimate, for around 60 people, soundproofed and air-conditioned. You can book just the show or round off the evening with flamenco and dinner in Seville, without leaving the tablao.
