Once tickets have been purchased, cancellations with a right to a refund will not be accepted, except in the cases of problems with access to the venue or with the provision of the purchased services set out in this policy, and in the cases provided for under applicable law.

Failure by the customer to attend the show shall not entitle them to a refund of the amount paid.

7.2. Problems with access to the venue

If, due to an issue attributable to Tablao La Cantaora S.L., the customer is unable to access the venue to enjoy the booked show, the amount corresponding to the affected admission will be refunded.

If the date or time is changed and the customer is unable to attend the new session offered, they may request a refund of the amount corresponding to the affected services.

Changes to the cast that do not substantially alter the booked show shall not, in themselves, give rise to a right to a refund, without prejudice to the rights recognised by applicable law.

7.5. Refund method

Refunds will be made using the same method used for the original payment: card, payment platform, cash or other means used for the purchase.

7.6. Non-personal tickets

Tickets are not issued in a specific person's name and may be transferred to another person, provided that the conditions of the booking and of the rate purchased are respected. The transfer does not change the date, time or services booked.

7.7. Loss or theft

The customer must keep their ticket safe and prevent its access code from being shared with or used by third parties.

In the event of loss or theft, the customer must contact Customer Service and provide the purchase details so that the booking can be verified. This circumstance shall not, in itself, give rise to a right to a refund.
