María Carrasco

María Carrasco (Tomares, Seville, 24 years old) is a professional dancer specialized in Spanish Dance and Flamenco. She began her training at the Antonio Ruiz Soler Professional Dance Conservatory and continued at the Andalusian Dance Centre. Her professional career started in renowned Seville tablaos such as Flamenquería and Los Gallos, and she has been part of the dance company of María Pagés.
She has also worked with the companies of Rafaela Carrasco and Mercedes de Córdoba, and performed in prestigious tablaos like Las Carboneras, Tablao Villa Rosa, and Los Porches. Passionate about teaching, María holds a degree in Flamenco Pedagogy from the María de Ávila Higher Conservatory of Dance in Madrid.
She is currently a dancer with the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía.
