Manuela Vargas, daughter of Isidro Vargas and niece of Angelita Vargas, entered the world of flamenco from a very young age, accompanying her father in the emblematic tablao “El Patio Sevillano”. At the young age of 9, he traveled to Japan with the Fernández family, participating in an international flamenco show starring children, which marked the beginning of his international career.
Throughout her career, Manuela has worked in various renowned flamenco clubs, such as Torres Macarena, establishing herself as a prominent figure in the flamenco field. She has had the opportunity to perform at prestigious events such as the Seville Biennial or the Espacio Santa Clara, where she presented the show “Iglesias”. Her talent also led her to perform at the tablao “El Flamenco” in Tokyo, sharing the stage with artists from the likes of Sara Varas and Javier Barón.
Manuela has participated in numerous shows, including “Gitanas”, where she shared the stage with renowned dancers such as Juana Del Revuelo, Pilar La Faraona and La Farruca. In addition, she has developed a notable international career, offering performances and dance courses in Denmark for several years.
In London, she presented the flamenco show “Dos Ramas”, and has been part of various tours with the show “Mujeres Gitanas y Flamencas”, performing alongside artists such as Inés Bacán and Carmen Ledesma. Its presence at international flamenco festivals, such as Mont-de-Marsan, has been constant, reaffirming its prestige in the world of flamenco.
Currently, Manuela combines her numerous performances with her regular participation in the tablao “El Patio Sevillano” and in “La Cantaora”, thus continuing with a career that honors the rich flamenco tradition of her family and projects it towards new audiences around the world. world.
