David Fenández
Performances at La Cantaora
A young flamenco singer from the renowned Fernández family, David is the son of the acclaimed cantaora Esperanza Fernández and grandson of the legendary Curro Fernández. He has been immersed in the world of flamenco practically since birth.
He made his debut at the Peña Flamenca de Tomares, and after a successful performance, was invited to perform at the Veranillos del Alamillo. Since then, he has sung in numerous flamenco clubs, including Peña Torres Macarena, Peña de Lepanto, Los Cabales, Peña Miguel Vargas, and Peña Niño Ricardo, among others.
He has also appeared as a guest artist at the Cartuja Center Theatre for the launch of Esperanza Fernández’s album, at the Utrera Theatre for a tribute to Fosforito, and at the prestigious Caracolá de Lebrija.
Currently, he is working on his first solo show as well as his debut recording project, marking a new step in his personal flamenco journey.
