Cristina Soler was born in Granada, Spain, and began her journey into flamenco at the tender age of 3. She started her formal dance training at the “Reina Sofía” Conservatory of Granada, where she obtained a degree in professional Spanish Dance. She then expanded her education with a two-year program at the Andalusian Dance Center in Seville, before completing her studies in Madrid, where she graduated with honors in Choreography and Performance of Spanish Dance and Flamenco from the “María de Ávila” Higher Conservatory of Dance.
Throughout her career, Cristina Soler has become a prominent figure in the flamenco scene, joining some of the most prestigious dance companies. She has participated in national and international tours, performing at renowned festivals. Her notable collaborations include working with the Rafaela Carrasco Company in the show “Nocturna, Arquitectura del Insomnio,” the Mercedes de Córdoba Company in “Sí, quiero,” the Farruquito Company in “Alma Nueva,” and with the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía in “Pineda,” directed by Patricia Guerrero.
From a young age, Cristina has been involved in various artistic projects under the direction of prominent flamenco figures such as Eva la Yerbabuena, Rubén Olmo, Manuel Liñán, Fuensanta La Moneta, Daniel Doña, Teresa Nieto, María Rovira, and Marina Heredia. Additionally, her solo performances have been featured in major national tablaos including Tablao Cordobés, Corral de la Morería, Villa Rosa, Casa Ana, and Tablao Flamenco Alegría.
