For lovers of good flamenco and Sevillian gastronomy, we have something to tell you: we are delighted to share some very special news: we have joined the Gluten-Free Seville Network!
This project, promoted by the Health Service of the Department of Commerce, Consumption, and Health of the Seville City Council, aims to create and develop a network of catering establishments that offer a gluten-free gastronomic offering.
What does this mean for us and, most importantly, for our customers?
Information/Training and Advice
Our kitchen and front-of-house team has received valuable training from professionals from the Seville City Council. This not only allows us to understand the importance of a gluten-free diet but also to guarantee a safe and satisfying gastronomic experience for all our diners.
Adhered Establishment Distinction
This distinction is more than a symbol. It is our tangible commitment to the celiac community, a guarantee that safe and delicious options will be found here for those following a gluten-free diet.
Membership in Specialized Directory
We are now part of a select group of establishments that understand and cater to the specific needs of people with gluten intolerance. Our name appears in a directory that makes it easy for those seeking gluten-free options in Seville to find their way to us.
Differentiation and Exclusivity
Being part of the Gluten-Free Seville Network sets us apart from other establishments. It’s a seal of quality and commitment to gastronomic excellence, offering our customers a unique experience and, above all, the guarantee of accessibility to catering services, thereby contributing to the normalization of this cause.
Promotion and Advertising
Thanks to the support of the Seville City Council, our presence is amplified! This means that more people will discover our gastronomic proposal, free of gluten and full of flavor.
At La Cantaora, we attend to the needs of our audience and work to offer a quality service. Our adherence to the Gluten-Free Seville Network is much more than just a bureaucratic step. It is a commitment to our community, to the health and well-being of our customers, and to excellence in the gastronomic experience.
