Elena Arias

Elena Arias, born in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, holds a degree from the Professional Conservatory of Cádiz in flamenco dance and later from the Superior Conservatory of Madrid in Flamenco Dance Pedagogy. From an early age, she performed in various tablaos and flamenco clubs in Cádiz, San Fernando, Jerez, and El Puerto.

At the age of 16, she performed with the company “Sentir de Cádiz” in theaters in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. During her time in Madrid, she graced stages such as “Las Tablas,” “Flamenco Cultural Madrid,” and “La Quimera,” among others.

In 2024, she was part of the dance ensemble for the show Venta de Vargas Musical Flamenco, directed by Carlos Carbonell.

Having received numerous awards to date, she was granted a scholarship by the tablao “Las Tablas” in Madrid to perform as a solo flamenco dancer. She was a semifinalist in the II Tablao Contest of Flamenco Cultural Madrid, won third prize in the “Manolo Soler” contest in Seville, and second prize in the “Tacón Flamenco” competition in Barcelona.

She currently resides in Seville, where she continues her journey performing in Sevillian tablaos. Additionally, she is the newest member of the Sara Baras Company, with which she begins touring in 2025.
